Service Engineer

Duties
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on CNC machine tools at customer sites throughout JHB, DBN, CPT and PE.
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Work within a cross functional team that includes applications, sales, engineering and/ production for excellent customer service.
- Perform Services and preventative Maintenance on customers’ Equipment and where needed train customers to maintain their machines to ensure maximum productivity.
- Act as a Retecon and Puma Machine Tools ambassador promoting our products and work directly with customers during service and maintenance to enable their business success.
Requirements
- Machine Tool Millwright Technician preferred for this position.
- Willing to service CNC Machines to the best of your ability.
- Focused on customer service and quality.
- Technologically savvy and have some electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
- Eager to enjoy frequent travel assignments.
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in related CNC Service Field.
